Delivery Information

Choose the shipping method that suits you best:

Economy Shipping: An affordable option when delivery time is not crucial. Your order will be packed within a few business days. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. (Some variations may occur depending on the shipping method; see the exact information below.)

Standard Shipping: Our most popular choice. Place your order before 11:00 AM and we will normally ship it the same business day. Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days.

(However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the respective shipping carriers.)

Please note that the above only applies to products that are in stock. If you purchase made-to-order items or products manufactured upon order, the delivery time will be longer. The estimated delivery time for each product is always stated on the product page and at checkout.

EVRi - Home Delivery

Delivery in 1-3 business days.

EVRi makes a delivery attempt to the indicated address – somebody must be home to receive the parcel. If nobody is at home, the parcel is delivered to your nearest EVRi Parcel Shop. The parcel will remain at the Parcel Shop for 10 days, after which time it will be returned to us. EVRi will contact you to let you know where your parcel can be collected from.

DHL - Home Delivery

Delivery in 1-3 business days.

DHL makes a delivery attempt to the indicated address – somebody must be home to receive the parcel. If nobody is at home, the parcel is delivered to your nearest DHL Service Point. The parcel will remain at the Service Point for 10 days, after which time it will be returned to us. DHL will contact you to let you know where your parcel can be collected from.

Parcelforce Home Delivery - Standard shipping

Delivery in 3-8 business days.

Parcelforce makes a delivery attempt to the indicated address – somebody must be home to receive the parcel. If nobody is at home, the parcel is delivered to your nearest Parcelforce Packet Shop. The parcel will remain at the Packet Shop for 10 days, after which time it will be returned to us. Parcelforce will contact you to let you know where your parcel can be collected from.

Parcelforce Home Delivery - Economy shipping

Delivery in 5-10 business days.

Parcelforce makes a delivery attempt to the indicated address – somebody must be home to receive the parcel. If nobody is at home, the parcel is delivered to your nearest Parcelforce Packet Shop. The parcel will remain at the Packet Shop for 10 days, after which time it will be returned to us. Parcelforce will contact you to let you know where your parcel can be collected from.

DSV - Large package 

Delivery in 3-8 business days.  

DSV attempt delivery to the indicated address. Somebody must be home to receive the parcel and sign for it. If nobody is at home to receive the parcel, DSV will make a delivery attempt to the closest neighbour, who will sign for the parcel.

DSV - Bulky Goods 

Delivery in 3-8 business days.

DSV - Bulky Goods is for products that are too large or too heavy to be sent to a courier. An extra delivery cost is added to all orders that contain these products. Please note that only one such extra cost is added per order. In other words, you can add several bulky products to your order without worrying about the delivery cost. (Free delivery does not apply for bulky products) 

Your order is delivered to your door/property boundary. Carrying the products into the property is not included. 

Made to measure products - €169.00. 
For all made to measure products larger than 80x80 cm and/or 70x100 cm, the only available delivery method is DSV - Bulky Goods.
